Who We Serve
Families, Women, and Individuals
HONOR’s programs are designed to support houseless and at-risk individuals with personalized care. Our knowledgeable staff, inclusive methods, and expansive resources help create a roadmap to rebuild self-esteem and achieve self-sufficiency.
Children and Young Persons
We provide shelter to runaway and houseless children aged 17 and under at A Friend’s House, our loving, caring, and safe home. A Friend’s House is dedicated to serving only young persons and addressing their physical and emotional needs.
Our Community
HONOR has a positive impact on our community by meeting basic needs, providing support, building community, and improving public health. Our supportive housing helps to stabilize lives and builds a stronger community.
The magic of Honor, to me, is after a person is here a while and they finally realize that they’re going to get a place…to see the happiness in a child’s face when they walk out and say, “We’re going home.” That’s the magic of Honor to me.
