Since 1974, HONOR’s mission has been to help people in need. We offer personalized support to those seeking housing or facing crises. Our caring team focuses on rebuilding self-esteem and skills, providing counseling and training for a better future.
HONOR is a private not-for-profit assisting all Hudson Valley residents in need by restoring their self-esteem and dignity.
Partnership
We operate 24 integrated programs with Federal, State and Local agencies.
Coordinated Care
Through our 24-hour call center (845-343-7115), we open doors to a coordinated care system, prioritizing immediate stabilization, safety, and specialized support for the homeless.
Community
Our community presence involves collaborations with over 60 health, mental health, substance abuse, legal, and homeless service providers.
Stability
HONOR serves as a temporary home to over 200 individuals on any given day, offering shelter, food, crisis intervention, and support. Our mission extends beyond homelessness, striving to assist all Hudson Valley residents in need through a range of services, including counseling, vocational skills training, and residential stabilization.
